Resident Services Coordinator – Lion Creek Crossings
EBALDC invests heavily in our 27 residential properties with people- and place-based strategies to ensure our residents live healthy, happy lives. Expanding affordable rental housing options is a key strategy for EBALDC, and part of this is to continue to invest in holistic resident services. Our Resident Services team provide supports that improve housing stability, increase economic wellbeing, strengthen social cohesion, and foster overall quality of life. Resident Service Coordinators are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
Lion Creek Crossings is EBALDC’s largest development and is located in East Oakland in the Havenscourt neighborhood. We collaborate with Related Property Management and the Oakland Housing Authority, co-owners of the site. The senior building includes 128 apartments with approximately 1/2 of the population speaking either Mandarin or Cantonese.
The Resident Service Coordinator I is an entry-level position, and will be based at the Lion Creek Crossings Senior Building.
