The quality of adult learning is critical to a system’s ability to improve and advance educational equity. We support education leaders and practitioners in their work to prioritize and facilitate powerful adult learning spaces that focus on learners’ experience, disrupt unjust practices, cultivate curiosity, and drive continuous improvement across the education system.

School districts, county education agencies, and individual schools choose Lead by Learning to help them create vibrant adult learning communities that put students at the center. Our shared goal is to help and collaborate with our partners to create and sustain a culture of learning and improvement at all levels of the system.
